It’s been confirmed that singer Elton John has joined Channing Tatum, Julianne Moore and Halle Berry in the casting line-up for the highly anticipated sequel to Kingsman.
The 69 year old music legend posted this picture on his Instagram:
The picture references his song ‘Saturday Night’s Alright’ and his iconic star-shaped glasses.
The following comment alludes to the 1975 fantasy film Tommy where Elton played ‘The Pinball Wizard’. It’s not known just yet whether he’ll have a simple cameo role or if a character will be written for him but here’s hoping we get some musical aspects to whatever role he plays. Filming is currently underway and the movie is set for release June 2017
