Petition Launched For YouTube Pop! Figure Line
We at The Arcade are no strangers to Funko Pop! figure addiction. I’d say between the entire writing staff we could make the most eerily adorable fort out of them that the world has ever seen. However, while there have been lines launched for everything from super heroes to anime characters to Disney princesses, there has never been any figurines for what is one of the most consumed pieces of media in our time, Youtube.
That’s where Tumblr artist Dannegoma comes in! Dannegoma has been designing these figures for fun for the last while, but recently he and other passionate fans have sought to make these figures a reality. Their recently founded Change.org petition to pitch these designs to the CEO of Funko has (at time of writing) 7,609 signatures, leaving it just over 400 short of their goal.
With YouTube stars such as Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, Dan and Phil and, of course, the almighty Pewdiepie in the line up, fans are sure to be flocking to the petition in the hopes of having giant headed versions of their favourite YouTubers lining their shelves.
