I’m terrible for judging songs by their titles (and books by their covers), but this song by Walking On Cars seemed like the best place to try and fix my habit of judging before listening/ reading (mainly because the song/band title combo is awful).
This band has just hit the mainstream scene and their debut album Everything This Way is out now! ‘Speeding Cars’ is a gorgeous tune that almost sounds like it was sung by James Arthur of X Factor fame (the guy who released ‘Impossible’).
Although it has a slow start, the chorus is really what nails this song and cements it in my ‘Favourites’ playlist forever.
