Sony are looking for Beta testers for PS4 system update 3.5. They often call out for people to test the new system software updates before they get released, especially for their major updates.
The System Software 3.5 Beta is expected to take place sometime next month and will give the chosen players “a sneak peek at some of the features making their way to your PS4”. What these features will be hasn’t been announced, though Sony did say they will “share more details on which features you’ll be able to test when the beta begins” so we will hear about them next month.
For anyone interested but worried that the beta might have problems, Sony has taken that into consideration saying “you can roll back to the previous system software at any time, so don’t worry about downloading the beta”.
Anyone who wants the chance to take part can sign up for the beta here, and if successful you will receive an email with instructions in early March.
