Bethesda has revealed the plan for Fallout 4 DLC, giving us details on the upcoming three DLC packs. The company have also announced a price increase on the season pass for the game but we’ll cover that at the end. Lets move onto the first DLC.

Automatron – Coming March 2016 (€9.99/£7.99)
The mysterious Mechanist has unleashed a horde of evil robots into the Commonwealth, including the devious Robobrain. Hunt them down and harvest their parts to build and mod your own custom robot companions. Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons like the all-new lightning chain gun. Even customize their paint schemes and choose their voices!

Wasteland Workshop – Coming April 2016 (€4.99/£3.99)
With the Wasteland Workshop, design and set cages to capture live creatures – from raiders to Deathclaws! Tame them or have them face off in battle, even against your fellow settlers. The Wasteland Workshop also includes a suite of new design options for your settlements like nixie tube lighting, letter kits, taxidermy and more!

Far Harbor – Coming May 2016 (€24.99/£19.99)
A new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency leads you on a search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. Travel off the coast of Maine to the mysterious island of Far Harbor, where higher levels of radiation have created a more feral world. Navigate through the growing conflict between the synths, the Children of Atom, and the local townspeople. Will you work towards bringing peace to Far Harbor, and at what cost?

Far Harbor features the largest landmass for an add-on that we’ve ever created, filled with new faction quests, settlements, lethal creatures, and dungeons. Become more powerful with new, higher-level armour and weapons. The choices are all yours.

That’s all the specific information we have right now, however there is the news on the season pass. Bethesda have expanded their original DLC plan beyond these three add-ons and as such are increasing the season pass price from €29.99/£24.99 to €49.99/£39.99. This increase will go into effect on March 1st, so if you want to get the season pass before that goes into effect you better be fast.

Anyone who already has the season pass will get all the content for the game without having to pay extra, as will anyone who buys the pass before the price rises.

Finally Bethesda have also announced that they are looking people to take part in closed betas of the add-ons. You can sign up for the chance to be a beta tester on Bethesda.net, but you will need to create a Bethesda.net account. Anyone who is selected to be a tester will get the full version of the add-on for free as a thank you.

What do you think of this news? Are you excited for the DLC? Are you okay with Bethesda raising the price of the season pass? Let us know in the comments below!
