The Wrap have revealed that actor, writer and director Taika Waititi is in negations to direct the third instalment of the Thor series, Thor: Ragnarok.
Waititi already has ties to Disney, as he recently wrote the script for Disney’s upcoming movie, Moana, a ‘CG-animated adventure about a spirited teenager who sails out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder and fulfil her ancestors’ unfinished quest’ which will see release in late 2016. Waititi has also directed and produced episodes of The Inbetweeners series and acted in the 2011 Green Lantern film.
Thor: Ragnarok will see the end of all things in cinemas in November 2017.
