New Details For One Piece: Burning Blood
A few weeks ago we brought you news that a new One Piece game was on its way. Today we’ve got some more news on One Piece: Burning Blood.
Described by Bandai Namco as “a dynamic and colourful new fighting game”, Burning Blood features the world’s most famous pirate, Monkey D. Luffy, allowing players to jump right into massive brawls with characters from the One Piece anime and manga including Sabo, Ace, Ener, Crocodile and Bartolomeo as well as the newly announced Smoker, with more new characters yet to be revealed.
Bandai Namco have also shed some light on the gameplay, revealing players can create a team of 3 characters and swap them out in order to gain a tactical advantage. Certain characters also have the capability to access special Logia Moves which unlock unique abilities such as allowing players to burn through enemies or drastically increase speed! Logia Fruits also allow the use of Logia Guard: which allows some characters to be untouchable by physical attacks for a limited time, and the addition of Devil Fruits as per the original manga will be the source of unique massive Special Attacks and Reinforced Special Attacks!
One Piece Burning Blood will be available for Xbox One, Playstation4 and Playstation Vita in 2016.
