CBS Developing A Nancy Drew Series

CBS is working on bringing Nancy Drew back to our screens and into the 21st century! In the new show, Nancy would be a detective working for the NYPD using those super sleuth-y skills of hers to solve crime in the big city.
Joan Rater and Tony Phelan, both former executive producers on Grey’s Anatomy, have signed on to write and executive produce the contemporary take on Edward Stratemeyer‘s classic, plaid-loving character.
This will be Nancy’s third time gracing our TV screens following some unsuccessful attempts at immortalizing her on the the silver screen.
