When we last saw Harrison Wells (Tom Kavanagh) on The Flash, he had been defeated by Barry, and faded from the timeline forever. Or so we thought…
In a recent revelation by TVLine, we have learned that Harrison Wells will indeed make a return, as executive producer Gabrielle Stanton stated, “Harrison Wells will be back, but he’s going to be a very different Harrison Wells than we’ve seen before… We’ve got other worlds. We’ve got other timelines. All I’m going to say is he’s from one of those places.”
In learning that various timelines and worlds will play a part in the second season of The Flash, it’s safe to assume that the Wells we’ll meet in this season is from one of these. Or it could be the original Wells but much older, or the possessed Eobard Thawne version, or…. okay that list could go on for a whole!
Time will tell, and the only way you’ll find out is by tuning in when The Flash returns on October 6.
