Anna Paquin Confirms No Involvement In Gambit
While it is still unconfirmed whether Rogue will or will not be making an appearance in Gambit, it has been made clear that Anna Paquin will not be playing the character if she does. Paquin, who played the role in four of the preceding X-Men movies, most recently in X-Men: Days of Future Past, made it very clear via Twitter that she has no involvement in, replying with a very simple ‘no’ when questioned on the subject.

It’ll be a shame to see Paquin leave the role and even more of a shame if Rogue didn’t make an appearance of some form in the movie. All that said though, Gambit has a hell of a lot of bigger issues to get by before we even start worrying about further casting choices.
