Turtle Beach Unveil Limited Edition Star Wars Headset
It would seem that Star Wars is well and truly taking over our galaxy for the force-seeable future, with the recent PAX announcement of the limited edition Sandtrooper Gaming Headsets by Turtle Beach.
The Sandtrooper Gaming Headsets tie-in with the release of Star Wars: Battlefront and are expected to share the same release date of November 17. Turtle Beach who claim to be #1 in gaming audio, have a wide range of headsets in a variety of price ranges, and have developed Star Wars headsets in the past. CEO Juergen Stark stated during the PAX unveiling that, “Our top-quality gaming headsets allow us to work with the biggest brands in the world, and we’re very happy to continue our ongoing collaboration with Lucasfilm and EA to support Star Wars: Battlefront.”
Specs for the gaming headset include: Crystal clear multiplayer chat when connected to the console controllers, with a 3.5mm connection that makes it compatible with mobile/tablet devices, 50mm speakers, and in-line controls for mic mute and volume, plus an adjustable, high-sensitivity boom mic that can be removed when watching movies and listening to music.
