Sony have announced their big movie lineup for the next couple of years, Variety reports, and it includes some big surprises.
Firstly, a Jumanji remake is planned for December 25, 2016. Secondly, not one, but two Bad Boys sequels are in the pipeline. The first will release on February 17, 2017, the other on July 3, 2019. As of now, neither Martin Lawrence nor Will Smith have confirmed participation in the movies. Joe Carnahan, who directed The Grey, is in talks to directed and finish the screenplay for Bad Boys 3.
The adaptation of Stephen King‘s Dark Tower series, the first film, will see the light of day on January 13, 2017. Nikolaj Arcel is still attached to direct. Edgar Wright‘s Baby Driver is set to drop March 17, 2017, and Resident Evil 6 will hit cinemas January 27, 2017.
The Uncharted movie adaptation has been dated at June 30, 2017, but as of writing nobody is attached to the project, so this is possibly the most likely to change.
