With the release of Fallout 4 coming closer every day, Bethesda Game Studios have announced that they will be teaming up with Dark Horse comics to create The Art of Fallout 4.
The art book will include a number of pieces of concept art and designs that will make it into the game. The art will feature designs for characters, weapons, environments and items. The book will also include commentary from the game’s developers, giving you plenty of in-depth discussion on what the designers were thinking. Bethesda describes it as “a trusty companion for every Wasteland wanderer”.
The art of Fallout has always been breathtaking, and the art book that was included in the limited edition of Fallout 3 is still to this day one of the best examples of how a developer can present their ideas and simply make sense to the viewer. With Bethesda’s past art books being of such high quality, as well as Dark Horse’s good reputation, this is a no-brainer for any fan of the series.
You can either buy the limited edition version from the Bethesda store or the regular version which will be available on November 10 and can be pre-ordered from Amazon.
