Colin Farrell Joins Fantastic Beasts Cast
When news of the new Harry Potter spin off movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was released, fans suffering from withdrawals rejoiced. Casting news has been slowly but surely trickling in and our very own Colin Farrell has been cast in the new movie.
He will be playing a wizard named Graves who meets Newt Scamander in New York. It makes you curious as to the type of wizard he will be. The movie has a chance to extend the wizarding world as it is set 70 years prior to the Harry Potter series. The book is definitely worth a read if you have an interest. The story follows Newt Scamander as he travels the world looking and documenting wonderful magical beasts.
Filming will begin soon as the movie is set to be released next year and is being directed by someone who isn’t a stranger to the franchise, David Yates.
