BTS (Bangtan Boys) is slated to host a special movie premiere of the latest Fantastic Four with their fans, thus keeping a promise made to fans in April. The group had promised fans that if they received first place on various music shows, they would rent out an entire movie theatre to watch the movie with their fans. Much to the delight of both the group and their fans, BTS’s single ‘I NEED U’ achieved the number 1 spot on numerous music shows and as such, the group is delivering on their promise. The premiere is set to be held on August 12, a week ahead of the movie’s Korean release on August 20.
The premiere comes in light of the fact that BTS’s main rapper, Kim Nam-joon A.K.A Rap Monster, collaborated with the film and used it as a source of inspiration for the song ‘Fantastic’. News of the premiere comes in the middle of the group’s BTS Live Trilogy Episode II The Red Bullet tour, and shows a lot of dedication to the fans that they were willing to take time out to sit and enjoy a film with them.
