ABC Order Pilot For Marvel’s Most Wanted
Variety reports that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will get a spin-off.
Elizabeth Wagmeister reports that, “the drama will focus on popular S.H.I.E.L.D. characters Adrianne Palicki‘s Bobbi Morse (also known as Mockingbird) and Nick Blood’s Lance Hunter. The two actors will topline the pilot and prospective series” with the title Marvel’s Most Wanted.
According to Wagmeister, the pilot will be co-written by Jeffrey Bell and Paul Zbyszewski who produce the original Marvel television series. If the show takes off it would seem that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be forced to say goodbye to one of its most engaging characters, especially in light of the blossoming friendship between Bobbi and Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge).
