Stephen Amell finally talks about the son he is supposed to have which was hinted way back in Arrow season 2. A reporter asked Amell at Comic Con about the child mentioned. The reply does not confirm anything but it certainly hints at a possible follow-through in upcoming Arrow seasons. This is what Amell had to say on the topic:
“Me personally being a dad, I would love to see how Oliver interacts with having a kid. Now obviously, it would be a different experience from that experience, but I think that this story line deserves further attention. One of the big tenets of Greg Berlanti is you don’t introduce something to the audience and you don’t tease it if you are not going to follow through with it in some way, shape or form. So I think it’s a safe bet that Oliver will find out about his child at some point.”
So while it is not official it does seem like Stephen Amell knows a little more than he is letting on!
