Activision and Radical Entertainment have re-released the cult classic Prototype series with the release of the Prototype Biohazard Bundle for the Xbox One, with a PS4 release coming July 22nd. Both Prototype and Prototype 2 have been released in this bundle, which will feature updates like “full HD rendering, improved frame rate and higher resolution textures and effects”.
All DLC for both games are included in this bundle, including a selection of the retailer exclusive pre-order DLC. The bundle is currently available for digital download and will be made available for individual purchase on August 11.

Prototype was originally released in 2009 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, With Prototype 2 releasing in 2012. The games were open world action titles which saw you playing the role of an anti-hero fighting against a large evil organisation in a world plagued with a zombie creating disease. The series was by no means awful, if a little rough around the edges, but still served as a fun open world series that had great combat and movement. If you have never played the series before and are interested, we would say this bundle would be more then worth it.
