Attack On Titan Live-Action Films Licensed By Funimation For Release In North America

There has been an interesting development for western anime fans with the recent announcement that FUNimation have licensed the live-action Attack on Titan films for distribution in North, South and Central America. There’s even a planned premiere in LA on the 14^th of July ahead of the Japanese premiere to general audiences on the 1^st of August!
It was also announced that Madman will screen the live-action film in Australian and New Zealand cinemas this year, but there has been no mention of screenings in Europe or a distribution deal for the region.
An English subtitles trailer began streaming on Saturday:

Attack on Titan, the first live action film in the franchise, will be released to general audiences in Japan on the 1^st of August.
