Adventure Time Has Been Renewed For Eighth Season

Although it’s not much of a surprise, the ever quirky show Adventure Time has been renewed for an eighth season. In the same vein, Cartoon Network has also renewed the Regular Show, Uncle Grandpa, Clarence and Steven Universe.
Every one of the renewed shows ranked first among their respective target demographics in their time slots.
“It’s a banner year for Cartoon Network Studios original productions,” said Chief Content Officer, Rob Sorcher. “It is particularly gratifying to see shows so creatively forward-thinking also deliver so powerfully with the audience.”
Adventure Time, created by Pendleton Ward, follows Finn and Jake as they travel and seek adventure through the weird and wonderful Land of Ooo.
