The Goonies Get Plushie Line For 30th Anniversary
It’s hard to believe that The Goonies was released 30 years ago (raise your hand if you feel old). To mark the occasion, Gordos Plush have released collectible Chunk and Sloth plushies for all mega fans of the movie.
Although we didn’t think anything could make Sloth look cute, we’ve been proven wrong. The plushies are adorable, though there are no workable truffle shuffle movements, before you ask. Yeah, we were bummed too.
The dolls are being sold at an 80s convention in Oregon, USA, but if you can’t make it there in person, Gordos will have the plushies on their website immediately after unveiling them at the convention. If you’re a big fan of the plushies but, like us, you’re sad the other characters haven’t been immortalised in plushie fashion, Gordos Plush is launching a Kickstarter for a One-Eyed Willie and Data plushie. We may see the whole crew together again!
