Yes, Square Enix has finally narrowed down and decided on a release window internally for the widely anticipated third instalment of the Kingdom Hearts series, according to IGN. No, they are not releasing it to the public just yet. Feel that rage lifting within yourself? We know the feeling, but game director Tetsuya Nomura has given fans some small tidbits of new information on the game. He knows how to keep us hooked and wanting more.
We can now munch down on the news from the recent E3 conference that we will be adventuring in the world of Tangled, but Nomura also said that, with the exception of Olympus, most of the worlds in the game will be completely new to the series – tell us more Nomura, we beg you! He also went on to say that Kingdom Hearts III will end the Xehanort story of the series but the Kingdom Hearts games are not finished yet. Be still our beating hearts.
Gematsu’s translation says that there is not only a release window, but this new information will also be shared at the D23 Expo in Japan on 3 November and that development is on track. We can only hope.
