We knew it was coming, but the trailer was still something special as Dishonored 2 will have none other than Emily Kaldwin as a protagonist! Emily is a character who is orphaned at the beginning of Dishonored and, well, evidently being an orphan hasn’t slowed her down much!
Emily is one of two protagonists, the other being Corvo, and both have a full story-line in the single-player campaign. This has us very excited, as a solely single-player experience is something that is growing more and more rare. It’s even rarer that a relatively new series would come with something as interesting as two separate protagonists with a distinct perspective on the events therein, rather than one that is gender-neutral.
Dishonored 2 is coming 2016 on Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
