If you don’t already have your fill of the Avengers or Star Wars, then the new Disney Infinity playset is one for you! Disney Infinity 3.0 is all about Age of Ultron and Star Wars, with the set to include original trilogy figures as well as the Hulkbuster, Ultron and the Hulk, as Gameinformer are reporting!
Lightsaber battling is on the horizon for the base game, as it will include such characters as Yoda, Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, as well as members of the Clone Wars cartoon series, so there’ll be all kinds of grudges to be settled in-game. One set will be called Twilight of the Republic, and will include a story of Anakin and Ahsoka as they fight to uncover who’s behind a freshly minted droid army, while a second, called Rise Against the Empire, will see Luke and Leia tangle with Darth Vader and his forces through memorable sequences, including the battle of Yavin as well as time on Hoth and Tatooine.
The Force Awakens will have a set come the Fall. The figure sets are being produced collaboratively between Ninja Theory, United Front and Sumo Digital.
