The upcoming DC movie Shazam is an interesting one because it happens to contain Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson as the anti-hero Black Adam. Up until now, we thought we’d be waiting until 2019 to see the wrestler don a comic book character, but apparently we won’t be waiting that long.
In a recent interview for his new earthquake movie San Andreas, Johnson talked about the release date and assured fans that it will be earlier than we expect. “No, I don’t think it is going to be that far away,” he said. “It’s going to be earlier than that. I don’t think 2019.”
