If you’re like myself and not able to attend this year’s Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim because you live half a world away; don’t worry! For the very first time in Celebration’s history it will be live-streamed all over the world on Star Wars.com with exclusive content as well as highlights from all the main events.
The live-stream will cover panels and events featuring the likes of Mark Hamill, Billy Dee Williams, Anthony Daniels, Carrie Fisher and others associated with the Star Wars universe. As well as these, the Star Wars Fan Film Awards and EA’s new Battlefront title will be live-streamed.
It launches tomorrow (April 16th) with the greatly-anticipated opening panel featuring the minds behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens, J.J Abrams (director) and Kathleen Kennedy (producer).
The live-streaming begins at 5pm GMT and will run the entire weekend up until the closing ceremony on Sunday, featuring up to 30 hours of coverage. And don’t worry if you miss certain panels, clips and highlights will be available on-demand long after the live-stream is finished.
