In an interview with Halloween Daily News, actor Danny Trejo has confirmed that he will reprise his role as Machete for the third film.
Machete Kills… In Space will be the third and final film in the series and even though the second movie, Machete Kills, did not see a great financial return Trejo has said we will see the Mexican Federal rise once more:
“Robert and I are going to start to do Machete Kills in Space, so that’s going to be awesome. Absolutely. We’re going to be working on it this year.”
If you’ve not checked out any of the Machete series then you’re missing out, while it may have been flop financially the second one holds nothing back fully embracing its action comedy campness!
