English Sub Trailer for Live-Action Lupin III Revealed
Lupin III is a staple for any anime fan; it’s like an initiation, much like watching Akira and Ghost in the Shell and both of these popular shows have live-action adaptions in the works. Madman Entertainment, the Australian distributor, gave anime fans a true treat as they began streaming the English subtitled trailer for the 2014 released live-action film Lupin III.
The original movie was streamed in June 2014 in Japan.
Madman have described the film as:
“Interpol Inspector Zenigata begins a world-wide hunt for the infamous thief Arsène Lupin III who, with his cavalcade of collaborators, infiltrate a highly secured fortress-like safe named the ‘Ark of Navarone’ to claim the ‘Crimson Heart of Cleopatra’.”
There has been no word of a DVD release on this side of the world yet but Madman Entertainment have licensed the release in Australia and New Zealand, so a European release cannot be far off, we hope.
