After taking home three awards at the Norwegian Game Awards 2015, ORBIT, from independent developer 4 Bit Games, is all about a fresh, fun multiplayer experience.
It features 9 game modes, including Capture and Destroy which are both fairly self-explanatory, and settings that are generated by a random aggregator. Game play is intense so be ready for betrayal, gravity vortexes and time away from your friends for bad behavior. It’s a great game to spend an evening playing, but be careful as you might just get too into it. Marius Strøm, CEO of 4Bit Games, said, “”I nearly lost it on a random dude after losing to him. ORBIT is so much fun!”
If you’re ready to go on adventures and explore your orbital trajectory, you can level up your ship so it can be made into an epic space destroyer featuring countless weapons. 
Other features of the game include local multiplayer for 2-4 players (get ready to be couch potatoes for the foreseeable future), randomly generated maps for a new experience each game, you can design your own battles with Forge and, while playing, you can listen to a stunning soundtrack.
ORBIT will be available for Steam and Xbox One soon; it will bring short and intense play sessions or epic custom battles to both of these systems.
