Eurovision Winner Loreen Planning Comeback

So some of you may remember back in 2012 a Swedish singer winning the Eurovision with the song Euphoria. It broke the Eurovision record for most points accumulated with 372 points. The song then went on to smash the charts all over Europe.

Lorren released her first debut album in August later that year and again it sold extremely well. She had the usual 4 singles released from the album. February 2013 Loreen re-released the album with another power anthem called We got the power. Since then Loreen has been off the radar and keeping to herself. That was until this week!
Loreen has kickstarted a comeback campaign by teasing some lyrics over the past week. Then it started to kick into overdrive. On sunday 15th Loreen called a gathering in Stockholm at the Zinkensdamm Subway station. Here Loreen and her team met all her fans and lit paper lanterns and set them off into the sky. The idea behind this was to represent freedom which is the main theme behind her new album. The new album is called Paperlights and the first single will also be the same title. Over this week loreen has put out 2 teaser videos for her new album approaching.
Finally and most importantly we got a date for the first single!
Loreen’s new single “Paperlight (Higher)” will be released on 5 March 2015 in Scandinavia and worldwide on 9 March 2015
