Another classic member of the X team is joining the cast of X-Men: Apocalypse as Bryan has announced that Jubilee, most famous for her role in the 90’s cartoon, will be joining ranks.
Jubilee will be played by Lana Condor, a seemingly complete newcomer with no TV or big film credits to her thus far. Created by Chris Claremont and Marc Silvestri, Jubilee first appeared in Uncanny X-Men in 1989, and has since become a much beloved member of the team thanks to her starring role in the animated series.
For the 90s fiends amongst you, Jubilee first appeared in Generation X, an early attempt at putting something X related to screen. Look it up, Banshee’s in it too. Needless to say, this appearance may actually do her justice.
X-Men: Apocalypse is due in theaters May 2016.
