The Stargate reboot is inching ever closer to our cinema screens with the news that Nicolas Wright and James A. Woods have been signed to bring the Stargate franchise back from the Pegasus galaxy, along with the original director Roland Emmerich.
Original fans of the show have shown mixed feelings toward the move to reboot the much loved series. After all, with a number of films, spin offs and close to two decades of beloved characters and story it’s hard to see a reboot do well enough to justify the effort.
However, more Stargate is more Stargate so we’ll just have to see.
