We have seen many of our favourite villains recreated for the Gotham series and done very well but is Gotham somehow playing a joke on us?
The latest promo for the upcoming episode called “The Bling Fortune Teller” gives the promise of a new villain to Gotham, with the description of “No Joke.” Check it out for yourself:
Jumping to the obvious conclusion of it being them revealing the Joker as the new villain to appear but it has been stated in the past by showrunners that the Joker would not be revealed in the first season. The actor who is seemingly portraying the character is Shameless’s Cameron Monaghan who is set to be playing a character named Jerome in the series. Could this be the real deal and we are going to possibly see the creation of the Joker or at least some of the man who later becomes the joker or is it just a red herring that will lead to another of Batman’s many villains who have appeared over the years.
