Guardians of the Galaxy will soon be coming to the small screen in cartoon format. We all know that this was going to happen since October last year but to add excitement to the new show, a knock out lineup of voice actors have been announced to bring the characters to live.
“The cast for the new GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY animated series has all of us at Marvel animation very excited. These are some of the best, boldest and funniest voices in the business,” said Marvel’s VP, Current Animation, Stephen Wacker.
The voice actors include Will Friedle as Peter Quill aka Star-Lord who many people might remember from Boy Meets World and Kim Possible. Kevin Michael Richardson of The Cleveland Show will join as Groot, Trevor Devall from Johnny Test is taking on the role as Rocket Raccoon, Vanessa Marshall from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy will be Gamora and finally David Sobolov previously from Transformers Prime will be taking on the role of Drax the Destroyer.
