George RR Martin Warns Season Five Will Have Surprise Kills
No, it’s not the Mountain popping out of a cake wielding a giant mallet kind of surprise… that sounds awful and awesome at the same time (I mean imagine the size of the cake!). No, Game of Thrones creator, George RR Martin was speaking about the upcoming fifth season for HBO and intentions of the series writers, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, to kill characters that have yet to meet their fate in the books.
In an interview with Showbiz411, Martin explained that, ‘People are going to die who don’t die in the books, so even the book readers will be unhappy…Everybody better be on their toes. David and D.B. are even bloodier than I am.‘
As long as they leave Arya and the dragons alone, we think we can make it through this season… maybe…
