Marvel have officially revealed that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D will create the initial narrative in the Avengers: Age of Ultron. Revealed by Executive Producer Jed Whedon via Entertainment Tonight that the ABC series will somehow make a tie into Age of Ultron.
“You should expect something,” he told EW. “The Avengers is the big tent that all the franchises play under. Obviously, we’re included in that.”
No details have been revealed as to what or how Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D 
would exactly tie into the upcoming long awaited sequel – there was indication that although there will be a tie in it will not be as significant as the connection between the series and Captain America: The Winter Soldier where S.H.I.E.L.D was dissolved – thus altering the series forever.
For those keeping up to date with the ongoing series – the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D mid-season finale will air tonight – could they be planning an Age of Ultron teaser?
