There were only 12,300 of the special edition PS4 consoles produced globally, the special consoles were designed to honor the first PlayStation console and a number are being auctioned off to raise money for charities like UNICEF but more are being sold for profit.
Not in the case of medman6107 who accidentally sold his limited edition special PS4 console for a dollar after a single person bid on it! The eBay seller has since cancelled the auction as is their prerogative but it is down to him to ship that console… that sold… for a dollar!
Prior to this auction the lowest sale for the console was $830 dollars with the higher end hitting the $10k mark!
So poor medman1607 can’t be blamed for cancelling the sale and auction… I guess!
