Arkham City's Best Kept Secret Finally Found

It’s taken years but Batman: Arkham City’s best kept secret has finally been discovered and the revealed implications could massively effect the series final installment, Batman Arkham Knight.
There are countless Easter Eggs in the Arkham Series, from reference to character to future plot points but never before have I seen an Easter Egg so well hidden, for so long that the developers need to drop a hit. Bear in mind this game was released in 2011 meaning for 3 years this riddle remained unsolved and completely hidden.
Right, let me explain.
Recently, a mysterious Youtube account was created under the name of “JG Jour” which we now know stands for Julian Gregory Day (“Jour being the French for day”) which is the real name of the date obsessed DC Super villain, Calendar Man.
If you’ve not played Arkham City and don’t know anything about Calendar Man’s little game this may not mean all that much to you but it’s still quite interesting.

Anyway, it is believed this account was created by the developers after a video title “Arkham City secret?” was posted with the description “There’s something unwritten from Calendar Man – the world has yet to know. Telling outright would spoil the fun; a tease will suffice for now
I think it’s same to assume this is definitely a message from the devs but now lets look at the video.
The video showed Batman approaching Calendar Man’s cell, who often talks about various past crimes when confronted on specific days of the year, Christmas or Easter for example. This time, however, the mysterious player triggered some dialogue that had never before been heard. But the video cut off before any details could be revealed!
So what exactly triggered this new dialogue and what was said?
Well, there is no possible way for the gameplay to show us what date Calender Man was visited by this mysterious player making it nearly impossible to learn the secrets he holds. So the internet began searching and upon further investigation discovered that the Youtube account profile picture was a calendar with a specific date, July 17th. Many fans tried this date and each failed to prompt a response from the creepy killer. Thankfully, one determined Youtube user came up with a solution.
December 13th 2004
This was the day Rocksteady was founded by Sefton Hill and Jamie Walker. If you change the date on your PC or games console and visit Calender Man, he will give this chilling message: “Well, well, well. And on today of all days. Do you remember my early work? Flawed, but it showed promise. Just like you. As your skills improved, I perfected mine. Starting with seasons and moving through the weeks, I became stronger, my work more… elaborate. Days were the secret, Batman, and the end of days is coming. I was there at your beginning and I will be there at your end.
A very cryptic message indeed but what does it all mean? Well, there have been many fan theories already but what do you think it could be? Resurrection of The Clown Prince Of Crime, Joker, Calender Man is speaking from the prospective of The Arkham Knight or just simply Rocksteady giving themselves a pat on the back? Tell us in the comments!
