The very kind folks over at Video Games Live have sent us on the FULL ticketing information for their upcoming concert here on April 4th! The event is part of a larger festival, called iDIG Music, which has been created to celebrate video game music in our fair capital, and will take place from the 2nd of April, culminating in the on the evening of the 4th!
This festival, the first of its kind, will include multiple round-table discussions with prominent members of the video game music industry, a video game technology demonstration, a ‘cosball’, a Guitar Hero contest, a traditional Irish pud night but with a VG music twist, the inaugural performance of our own Eimear Noone’s arrangement of Legend of Zelda themes and much, much more to be announced!

From the Press Release: “Twelve O’Clock Productions is delighted to announce the first Dublin International Games Music Festival, called ‘I DIG Music Fest’, will take place in the capital of Ireland on 2-4 April 2015. The festival will feature a huge variety of events: headlining the festival will be Video Games Live, the most successful game music concert in history.
Talks and discussion sessions will be given by the artists attending the festival, as well as a roundtable discussion session featuring many of the talents all on the same panel. An expo of Irish game development and Irish game degrees offered by universities will also be held during the festival, as well as a ball and afterparty for cosplayers.
