Exciting news for gamers everywhere, the developer behind the critically acclaimed Witcher game franchise CD PROJEKT RED are preparing to unveil the opening cinematic for what is the studios flagship open world RPG fantasy adventure – The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Fans can tune in (or stream in) to the Golden Joysitck Awards Ceremony on the 24th of October (15:45 BST) and be some of the first in the world to view Geralt of Rivia follow The Trail, in the outstanding and ultimately epic foreshadowing of the main storyline of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The Witcher is a story-driven open world RPG which is set in an amazing fantasy universe, ever decision and choice you make has impactful consequences. You play as Geralt of Rivia a dying breed of monster hunter. Embark on this epic adventure through war stricken lands that leads you to a far darker foe that has ever faced humanity before – The Wild Hunt.
For fans who want to view the opening cinematic The Trail again (and again), it will be made available on thewitcher.com/thetrail after the Golden Joystick Awards Ceremony.
