Gareth Edwards, the man behind this years mammoth Godzilla, made a lesser known film before that one called Monsters. While a little rough around the edges, it was enough to make sure he got the right sort of heads turning in his direction. He hasn’t forgotten about those roots either as the trailer for the sequel to Monsters, Monsters: Dark Continent, has landed online, check it out!
Taking a more direct approach for the sequel, this looks like it could be a very fun entry into the monster genre that’s having a resurgence as of late, with the big G and PAcific Rim leading the pack. We’ll find out November 28th!
