Tokyo Game Show has given us some trailers and gameplay videos from some of the biggest names this year and not to be out done Capcom is no different. They decided to stream a video for “Dai Gyakuten Saiban – Naruhodō Ryūnosuke no Bōken” or “Great Turnabout Trial: The Adventures of ō Ryūnosuke no Bōken” – This will be the newest in the Ace Attorney franchise and although not exactly the continuation for Phoenix Wright character fans were hoping for, it does sort of include Phoenix Wright and it has been confirmed by franchise developer Shu Takumi that this is not part of the numbered Ace Attorney series but neither is it a side story. His ancestor to be exact, playing off the Sherlock Holmes image we are given an actual Sherlock Holmes character even.
