Yep, you read that title correctly, EA are giving away The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection for nothing. This includes every single expansion and ‘stuff’ pack for the game in one neat little 12gb download.
All you have to do is download and install Origin (basically like Steam but for EA) and enter the promotional/redeem code I-LOVE-THE-SIMS.
Why are they doing this, you might ask? According to EA and Maxis, The Sims 2 is officially retired as of now to make more room for the boom that’s going to be The Sims 4, which will be released this fall.
But the main thing is to hurry, this code expires on July 31st!
