TV Guide have just broke the news that Xena Warrior Princess actress Lucy Lawless will be joining the cast of ABCs Agents of Shield. Lawless shot to fame after her appearance on Hercules and would later make her own mark with her spin-off show that ran for six years!
Since hanging up her sword and battle armor Lawless has also appeared on Parks and Rec, Battlestar Galactica and Spartacus. Her role in the Marvel TV show is still being kept under wraps but because this is the internet rumours are flying about her character with everything from an Asgardian warrior, HYDRA agent to full on super hero!
Time will tell but with Agents of SHIELD receiving very VERY mixed reviews from both fans and critics, do you think Lawless appearance will help or hinder the show’s survival?
