Head down to Rainbow Road- oops, I mean… Parnell Street tomorrow night for a charity Mario Kart event held in the Woolshed Bar and Grill! This is in aid of the Irish Cancer Society, so why not hang out doing something you love while donating a little bit of cash to a good cause?

It’s only €5 entry and runs from 6PM until late.
6pm until 7PM will be available for practice matches.
Tournament will commence with preliminary round one at 7pm sharp. It will be played using Mariokart 8 on the Wii U. Absent competitors will forfeit their match so please be punctual.
There are 64 places in the tournament. There will be two areas to play Mariokart 8 on. RED and BLUE.
Round one will be played in the RED area by all racers.
1st place and 2nd places from round one will proceed on in the RED area for following rounds.
3rd and 4th places from round one will play on in the BLUE area with the goal of coming 1st in the BLUE area final. 1st place winner of Blue area wins a second life and secures a place in RED area finals and another chance to win the tournament.
As well as the WiiU tournament, there’s going to be various other versions of Mario Kart for everyone to play, including Mariokart Classic ( SNES ), Mariokart 64 ( Nintendo 64 ) and Mariokart Double Dash ( Gamecube ).
With cheap drinks, raffles and a geeky crowd, this is a night you don’t want to miss!
