First official trailer for ‘Gotham’
“GOTHAM is an origin story of the great DC Comics Super-Villains and vigilantes, revealing an entirely new chapter that has never been told. This Fall on FOX!”
That’s the tagline that follows the first official trailer for ‘Gotham’ a new series set to air on Fox in the US this coming autumn (UK fans are still waiting on news for an air date). The series will follow rookie detective Jim Gordon as he winds his through a department and city riddled with corruption – the series will also offer a look at the early life of Bruce Wayne recovering or at least attempting to get over the recent death of his parents. ‘Gotham’ will also look at the lives of a young Catwoman, Penguin, Poison Ivy and the Riddler and how these anti-heroes and villains got a name for themselves.
Ben McKenzie takes on the role of Gordon and the series also stars Jada Pinkett Smith and Sean Pertwee.
