Forget ‘Friday’ it’s all about Chow Mein!

From the same people who brought us Rebecca Black and the killer ‘Friday’, I actually believe the song is responsible for many deaths (I just can’t prove it), comes Alison Gold with her  single ‘Chinese Food’.

Now in case you’d forgotten, ‘Friday’ was that song that no one could get out of their head for months, it resulted in dozens of parodies and it fuelled it’s makers to create more and more of these videos. While ARK Music was responsible for Black’s single, co-founder of the company, Patrice Wilson went on to create Pato Music World (PMW) and has since amassed a number of videos and artists, all in a similar vein to Black’ and continues to flood the world with these types of songs. Oh and to cap it off he stars in this video…

Alison Gold’s video for ‘Chinese Food’ was uploaded less than 24 hours ago and is almost at it’s first million views – you ever walk by an accident? You can’t help but stare, you do your best to look away but something inside you forces you to watch, it’s a morbid curiosity, don’t feel bad we all do it… so I’m not even going to tell you not watch the video just be prepared! The video is pretty offensive and all sorts of creepy, it goes that one step further than Friday, auditory offense wasn’t enough? Why not embrace some racial stereotypes? Pandas, geishas, egg rolls and chopsticks… I’ll just back while you try to absorb it all!

The video is doing it’s job, it’s giving Alison Gold the exposure she wants, the video is circulating around the web for the same reasons as Rebecca Black did… everyone loves car crash TV.

Just remember, you will probably hate yourself for watching it!
