Event: The Arcade at Dublin Comic Con
We’re going to be there are you?
“Dublin Comic Con is the first convention in Dublin (by the fans for the fans) to show case a range of life size props and costumes from numerous movies, TV programs, anime, comics and games. We encourage those attending Dublin Comic Con to come in costume and have some fun!”
DCC is taking place this weekend in the National Show Center, Swords, Co. Dublin and we’re going to be there providing hours of entertainment and competitive gaming at the Gaming Zone! So if you fancy challenging some of our staff to a Halo match, you want to beat us into the dirt in Injustice or you fancy burning up the track in Mario Kart then you know where to stop by! We’llbe bringing along a few board games and card games, if you fancy just chilling out (there is nothing relaxing about playing a board game…MUST WIN ALL THE GAMES!)! Don’t feel like competing? There will be space dedicated for those who don’t fancy showing off too!
It’ll also be a chance to meet and greet, learn about ArcadeCon 2014, the growing site and if you’re interested in joining any of our teams then we’ll be glad to chat with you about it!
There is plenty more in store for attendees though with huge exhibitions featuring scenes from iconic movies like Aliens, a massive trade hall stocked with everything from comics to collectibles, special guests including Charlie Adlard, Al Matthews, Ron Donachie and Jason Canning! There will also be dozens of panels, workshops and meet/greets taking place!
