Organised by the staff and students of DIT’s School of Media, in collaboration with the Indie Game Community, State Of Play is a chance for new and experienced developers to network, showcase current projects to industry peers and get a sense of what is happening on the Indie Games scene.
The event will take place on Friday, November 30th 2012 in DIT Aungier St. Home of The School of Media and will run from 6pm – 9pm.
Featured speakers will include a keynote address by MonoGame, and bright young start-ups such as BatCat Games, and Bitsmith Games who were brought into Digit’s incubator program in Dublin this year. Attendees will have the chance to listen to the success stories and pitfalls of developers and creatives carving a niche for themselves in a highly competitive ecosystem.
