Well it is official pokéfans… Pokémon Smash the Japanese television crammed with everything Pokémon related has had the director of the franchise appear once again to reveal some big news to players in Japan and around the world. June will see the release of a direct sequel to the 2011 games Black and White. This is the first time in the history of Pokémon that the games have found themselves with sequels rather than an expansion pack!
The game is as mentioned above set for a June release date for the DS, owners of the DSi and the 3DS will apparently be able to take advantage of additional features.
As well as the announcement of the sequels, Mashida is reported to have announced the addition of two new forms for Kyurem, these have named Black Kyurem and White Kyurem…pictured below.
Nintendo and the Pokémon Company have been quick to rally all this news with the fact that US gamers will also be getting a release for B & W 2… hopefully this means they haven’t forgotten us Poké-Trainers in Europe!
